True Image Fitness

With Lina from True Image as our guest host, we will engage in a 45-minute faith-based fitness session where we, as women, will not only move our bodies, but also be refreshed and encouraged spiritually. This class will incorporate movement, worship music, scripture reflections, and encouragement.
